* bindings.el ([C-backspace]): Swap C-delete and C-backspace
bindings here, so we don't have to do it in
normal-erase-is-backspace-mode.

* simple.el (normal-erase-is-backspace-mode): Don't swap C-delete
and C-backspace; the latter is not available on ttys anyway.
